This is the story board I have in mind.

Intro: Snow bright sunshine,
People walking there dogs
People walking down the street waving,
people going to levee,

next:
What is a levee?
people saying what a levee is.
Talking heads telling us what they think a levee is.

next:
different people saying what they think a levee is...

When they are talking the scenes of meeting people and places can be shown. differnet shot of the different levees we went to that day. Different people smiling shaking hands and have fun.
