This is the story board I have in mind.
Intro: Snow bright sunshine,
People walking there dogs
People walking down the street waving,
people going to levee,
next:
What is a levee?
people saying waht a levee is.
talking heads telling us what they think a levee is.
next:
different people saying what they think a levee is...
When they are talking the scenes of meeting people and places can be shown.
